Available for new projects — response within one business day

Terms of service

These terms govern WordPress engineering services provided by Saif Alislam ("the operator") to clients engaging through this website. By approving a written scope and paying the first milestone, the client accepts these terms.

1. Scope and change control

Every engagement starts with a written scope: deliverables, exclusions, milestones and the payment schedule. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only starts after written approval — this is how budgets stay predictable for both sides.

2. Payment

Invoices are issued per the agreed schedule and payable within 14 days unless stated otherwise. Invoices are paid by bank transfer or a payment link arranged by email; no card data is stored on this site. An invoice is marked paid only after funds are verified. Late payment may pause active work.

3. Intellectual property

On full payment, the client owns the delivered custom code and content specific to their project. Third-party components (WordPress core, plugins, libraries) remain under their own licenses. The operator may reference completed work publicly unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

4. Client responsibilities

The client provides timely access to hosting, content and decisions needed to deliver. Delays in access shift delivery dates accordingly. The client is responsible for the accuracy of content they supply.

5. Warranty and liability

Delivered work is warranted to match the agreed scope for 30 days after delivery; fixes for defects within that scope are free. The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is capped at the fees paid for the engagement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties keep non-public business information confidential — including anything visible in the client portal.

7. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Work completed to date is invoiced, and delivered work is handed over with the access the client needs.
