This policy explains what data this site collects and why. It applies to saifalislam.com and the client portal operated on it. The short version: this site collects the minimum data needed to respond to project inquiries and to run active client work, it is never sold, and it is deleted when the working relationship ends and legal retention windows allow.
What is collected
Project intake form. When you submit the Start a project form, the name, email, company, website, category, budget range, timeline and message you provide are stored in this site’s database and emailed to the operator. This is the only way to route and answer your request; without it, no response is possible.
Client accounts. Active clients receive an account with a username and email. The portal stores project records, deliverables, invoices (without card data) and project discussions tied to that account. Access is restricted to the account owner and the operator.
Technical logs. Standard server logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) exist for security and reliability. They are used to detect abuse and debug failures, not to profile visitors.
What is never done
No payment card data is stored on this site at any time — invoices record amounts and payment states only, and payments are arranged manually by email or bank transfer. Data is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking scripts are loaded.
Retention and deletion
Leads that do not convert are deleted within 12 months. Client project records, invoices and discussions are retained while the account is active and for up to 24 months after the last engagement, or longer where invoicing law requires it. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@saifalislam.com.
Your rights
You can ask what data is held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion subject to the retention windows above. Requests are answered within one business week.
